Cancellation and Refund Policy
At morom, every piece is made with care, time, and intention. As a small independent artist-led brand, we follow a made-to-order model to minimise waste and maintain quality.
Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placing them. After this window, we begin processing your order and won’t be able to accommodate cancellation requests.
To request a cancellation, email us at hello@morom.shop with your order number.
Refunds
We do not offer refunds for change-of-mind purchases. However, if your order arrives damaged or there’s a mistake on our end, we’ll make it right.
Please notify us within 5 days of receiving your order, along with clear photos of the issue, and we’ll assess it case by case. If approved, we’ll offer an exchange, store credit, or replacement. Refunds will only be issued if a replacement isn’t possible.
