All prints are made to order. Please allow 3-5 business days for production. Need it sooner? Drop us a message.

Delivery Timelines

India: For all orders, we aim to dispatch your items within 4-6 business days; however, it is often sooner. Once dispatched, we will email you to let you know the goods have been sent.

International: Please allow 6–8 business days for dispatch. Customs duties (if any) are the buyer’s responsibility. Delays at customs are out of our control.

Please note: All our products are made to order. In rare cases of unexpected delays, we appreciate your patience and understanding.

Address Check
Double-check your shipping address in the confirmation email. If there’s a mistake, contact us immediately with your order number and the correct address before the order ships.

Shipping Damage
We pack with care. If your order arrives damaged, email us at hello@morom.shop within 5 days with photos. We’ll assess and arrange a replacement if needed.

Returns & Refunds
We don’t accept returns or refunds. If there’s an issue, reach out, and we’ll try to help with store credit, or an exchange may be possible depending on the case.
